Use this tool if your device is not responding to BLE connections

Select your device model: Blackbox v1 Blackbox v2

1. Connect the device to this computer with a USB cable.
2. Click Install below.
3. Pick the device's serial port in the popup.
4. Wait for the progress bar to complete — do not unplug.
